Lightweight and discreet, this easily portable Care Call Vibrating Pager Unit with an internal rechargeable battery can be carried on a belt, in a pocket, or around the neck, using the neck cord which is supplied. This practical pager unit provides 24 hour response and can be used with up to 12 Care Call Monitors.

This easy-to-use daily living aid enables people to continue with their normal daily living routine with the added reassurance that a carer can be summoned at any time, should assistance be needed.

Once set up, the Care Call is a simple and effective way of having home care back up. This mobility aid is especially useful for people with mobility problems and poor balance, or those who have a tendency to wander, or sleepwalk.

If set up with various transmitters, then the carer is able to monitor more than one person and in more than one area.

The alert options include – person-to-person; chair leaving alarm; fall alarm; audio monitor; bed leaving alarm and magnetic door monitor.

Where additional monitors of the same type are in use, such as when monitoring different rooms, it is a simple procedure to select the keys on the pager for each monitor. Up to 12 different monitors can be programmed which will illuminate different keys, or pairs of keys on the pager, giving the carer plenty of flexibility when setting up the system.

The carer, friend or family member can be alerted with an audio alarm, or with just vibration, if preferred, and there is a wireless range of up to 1000 metres (1093 yards) with an automatic low battery warning signal.
