Labradorite was first discovered in 1770, on the Canadian peninsula of Labrador. Inuit legend says the Northern Lights were released inside the stone. This natural gemstone displays “labradorescence” and shimmers when light catches it from the right direction. Labradorite is found in many different colors, but this particular 1 1/2” pair displays a stunning pale green iridescence across the entire face of each plug.
